Shit...sorry. I missed the dance. The big dance. The night I was supposed to sweep Hinata off of her feet and dance the night away with her until the sun came up. And where was I, you ask? Well...my grandfather died of a heart attack the night before. What wit hthe funeral being the next day, I had no chance to notify anyone about it. And so I missed the dance. I'm truly, honestly, from the bottom of my heart sorry. Hinata, I know I can't give that night back to you, and I just wish I could make it up to you. Sorry...

((OOC: In actuality, I forgot completely >_> I went to the school play instead. Whoops. Makes for a bit of drama, however))

Hinata is moving out to go live with Neji-san. I know that this would be good for her, to see her cousin again, and whatnot but...I'm going to miss her...alot...*feels lonely already*

I need some friends...

Christmas time is apparently already a topic of major interest. I'm never good at knowing what I want for it...probably just some new glasses...

I'm going to go play with the tarantulas with Hinata...maybe for the last time.

Well, uhm...things are quiet around the house. I haven't had much to do but homework, chess club, and Soul Calibur (but after unlocking everything and mastering everyone, it gets kind of old. I need to wait for Hinata to get better so it stays fun).

I went to Hinata's dance recital. I think everyone there would agree, it was amazing. Hinata, you have no reason to ever feel nervous again. I can merely dream about having that level of grace at anything. It was perfect. I could spend hours and hours ranting about it, but that will only cheapen its greatness. So I'll just leave it at that. I'm no writer.

Apparently, we have a school dance and a play. The dance, I'll probably end up going alone for ~~seeing as there's o way in hell I could conjur the guts to ask Hinata~~. And I could never quite pull off a tux. As for the play, I plan on playing Scrooge.

Yeah, that's it.

Back to normal...?

Things have been alot quieter this week. I'm glad. It seems things have just about gotten back to normal. For me, at least, anyway. Hinata has her job at the bakery. I visit her everyday now. She's really good at it. I have a basket of her bread in here right now. Her presence at the house is now about as normal as normal can be. Shikamaru finally showed up for chess club (twice in a row, too) and is still impossibly good. I haven't heard much from Kiba though. We're supposed to be seeing Doom sometime soon. That one looks good. I hope thignare alrigth with him.

My tarantula is a nice addition to my collection. I picked it up a couple of days though. I recognized soem of the Akatsuki boys there.

Things seemed to have settled down. It now seems like Hinata's always been a part of our family. It's scary. I hope her job interview goes well. She's got a nack for baking. Try her cookies. They're good enough to drive one insane.

Other then that, it's as quiet as it usually is. Shikamaru finally came to chess club to day. I'm still amazed. I'm the second best player in the club, but there's still a huge gap there. I guess having an IQ of 200 will do that to you....still....how did you do that? I thought I had you at one point.

Sorry I was so late to the party. I didn't realize it was that night until I called Kiba and noticed he had left a VERY specific message on his machine designating his plans for the night. I then rushed ouver as fast as I could manage. Sorry to leave you hanging, as they say, Hinata. Still...who throws a huge party on a Monday? Is that a new trend?

Well anyway, Hinata ended up at my house. She's still here. I think my mother's teaching her how to work the oven to get our favorite meatloaf just right. We'll be keeping her here for a while, I hope. I want to try and give her a chance to get away from her father for a couple of days. Apparently she went through some stuff at the party. I just hope things get less confusing from here on out. I can do complicated equations in my head, no problem. I know the anatomy, habits, and regions of over 100 different types of beetles. And it does no good for me now. I just want Hinata to start feeling better about herself. I want her dad to stop being a despot. I want everyone to get along again, so I can go back to being that weird kid who likes bugs. I never had to deal with these kinds of things back then.

Hello. This whole livejournal thing is all the rage now, isn't it? May as well join the trend.

Well, Hinata's parents have let her out of the house again. That's good. Haven't seen her in a while. And Kiba almost went through a marriage. That would've been just a little weird. Honestly, I think having bugs crawl over my face is normal, but the idea of Kiba getting married is very strange to me.

My ant farm is coming along quite well. The ants are always working frantically, bustling too and fro. Dad says I can buy myself a tarantula. It'll be a good chance to study arachnids. I'm heading down to PetKo tomorrow to pick it up. Not sure what to name him though.

Calculus test tomorrow. I'll do fine. No worries there. If anyone wants help feel free to ask.

A final note before I leave - Shikamaru, I would very much like it if you bothered to show up to chess club now and then. No one else is as good as you.
